reading list: Himitsu Top Secret

The completion of both Koori and Silver Diamond, almost at the same time, finally forced me to pick one serie of my very long reading list.
Today pick was Himitsu - Top Secret.
This serie has been in my reading list since a year now. I have mixed feelings about it. The art is old style, that is pretty normal considering the date of the first release. The plot seemed interesting even if some comments about some "disturbing" scenes prevented me to start the reading for some time. Now I've read the first chapter and half. The 1st chapters act like a prequel but was intended to be a standalone. The "read the memories through some techonological/spiritual device" is not entirely new to me after reading Livingstone and whatching Kuroshituji and so on, but maybe was new back then. However the story seems interesting and I' m planning to continue reading it at last for few more chapter to have a better grasp of it

I like horror and don't mind gore. :)

I do hope I end up liking the series, though, because the only non-dead links I found for download have a long period to wait between downloads, so I can only grab one in the morning and one at night if I'm at work (today I'm home, so maybe I can grab a volume or two midday, too!).

I find it quite addicting but don't expect a lot of character development before the half of the second volume ^^ Maki is sometimes a little annoying but I guess he has his reasons...for now I prefer Aoki but there are other 10 volumes to see ^^. The art is old fashioned but good in my opinion.
